Qualifications

• Customer contact skills are essential.
• Prior experience in a business development role is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products required.
• Demonstrated ability to learn and understand bank product lines and services; stay current.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent presentation and problem solving abilities.
• Excellent listening skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Ability to travel up to 50% within assigned region/state.

Qualifications

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School diploma required; Bachelor’s degree highly desired
• Minimum of six (6) years of working banking experience required, preferably in a related Treasury Management or Retail

In Richmond, VA the expected base pay salary range for this role is $78,182 - $136,818. Placement within the range will be determined on an individualized basis commensurate with experience and skills and is only one part of the total compensation package. Your base salary may be subject to an annual merit increase based upon performance and, depending on the position, may be eligible for cash bonuses, long-term incentives, commissions, and other United Bank sponsored benefit programs.
