Job summary

PinnBank is seeking a Treasury Sales Officer to drive treasury revenue and deposit growth across assigned markets. You will prospect, close new treasury management relationships, and expand product adoption within existing clients, acting as the treasury advisor on cash flow, payments, and fraud prevention.

You will collaborate with Commercial Loan Officers and onboarding teams, lead external client reviews, and maintain strong community visibility to generate referrals and market presence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of work experience.
• 5 years of bank and/or cash management experience.
• Prior business development experience with measurable results.
• Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, identify, and close new treasury management relationships with business clients in assigned market(s).
• Expand treasury product usage and fee income within existing commercial and business banking relationships.
• Lead treasury-related sales efforts with Commercial Loan Officers and other bank staff.
• Serve as the primary treasury advisor in client conversations, delivering consultative solutions for cash flow, payments, and fraud prevention.
• Develop and lead external client reviews and presentations with accurate documentation.
