Job summary

PinnBank in Colorado is seeking a Treasury Sales Officer to drive treasury revenue and deposit growth across Mesa, Delta, and Montrose counties. You will prospect, close new treasury relationships, expand product usage, and collaborate with loan officers to deliver consultative cash-management solutions.

You will serve as the primary treasury advisor, lead external client reviews, and maintain a strong market presence through community involvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of work experience.
• 5 years of bank and/or cash management experience.
• Prior experience in a business development role with measurable results.
• CTP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, identify, and close new treasury management relationships with business clients in assigned market(s).
• Expand treasury product usage and fee income within existing commercial and business banking relationships.
• Lead treasury-related sales efforts in partnership with Commercial Loan Officers and other bank staff.
• Serve as the primary treasury advisor in client conversations, delivering consultative solutions aligned to client cash flow, payments, and fraud prevention needs.
• Develop and lead external client reviews and presentations to ensure all necessary documents and details are presented accurately.
• Maintain strong visibility and involvement in the business community to drive referrals and market presence.
• Collaborate with treasury onboarding, implementation, and support teams to ensure smooth post-sale execution and client satisfaction.
• Manage sales pipeline, goals, and activity reporting while maintaining accountability for market results.
• Regularly exercising independent judgement and discretion over matters of significance.
• Communicate effectively in-person and otherwise with all coworkers and customers, both during regular business hours and before and after regular business hours, if necessary.
• Effective communication and collaboration are essential for this role; remote work may be available periodically, but this position cannot be primarily remote.
