Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 1-3 years Wholesale Payments experience.
• 3-5 years Financial Services experience.
• Strong analytical and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• High adaptability and flexibility.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize.
• Balance short-term deliverables with long-term projects.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office).
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the Wholesale Payments sales strategy, execution, risk, and performance objectives.
• Develop and maintain strategic portfolio planning with the relationship team.
• Prepare and participate in pre-call planning and meetings.
• Act as note-taker and contributor during client/prospect meetings.
• Create advisory materials: discovery, pitch, demos, ROI analyses, and financial modeling.
• Log detailed call reports and maintain Salesforce data integrity.
• Assist in pricing proformas, RFP submissions, and product demos.
• Support client onboarding journey and post-call follow-ups.
• Mentor peers and participate in various workstreams across Wholesale Payments.
