Job summary

Truist is seeking a Sales Analyst to support Wholesale Payments strategy, execution, risk, and performance in Durham, NC. The role emphasizes client focus, collaboration across the organization, and rigorous analytics to drive long-term shareholder value.

You will partner with relationship teams to plan portfolios, prepare pre-call materials, and support pricing and onboarding activities. Strong communication and adaptability are essential in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
• 1–3 years of Wholesale Payments experience.
• 3–5 years of Financial Services experience.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level of adaptability and flexibility.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize.
• Balance short-term deliverables against long-term projects.
• Proven ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Represent Truist standards of client focus and teamwork.
• Adhere to ethics, risk management policies and procedures.
• Build partnerships across Wholesale Payments and Enterprise.
• Execute Sales Analyst responsibilities for Treasury, Commercial Card, and Merchant.
• Collaborate on strategic portfolio planning with relationship teams.
• Prepare and participate in pre-call planning meetings and materials.
• Lead client meetings as note-taker, listener, closer or leader.
• Create advisory materials like Discovery, Pitch, Demos, ROI analyses.
• Document post-call notes, observations and feedback.
• Maintain Salesforce data integrity and accurate sales pipelines.
• Support pricing, proposals, demos, and onboarding processes.
• Contribute to various Wholesale Payments workstreams.
