Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Treasury Sales professional to support end-to-end treasury sales for the General Industries–Middle Market team in the United States. You will help grow revenue domestically and internationally through strategic client research, pre-call planning, and coordinated onboarding with AML teams.

The role requires strong financial acumen, client management skills, and experience in B2B banking. Travel up to 5% may be needed to meet clients and advance opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Two to five years of banking experience in sales, operations, compliance, or product management.
• Certified Treasury Professional certification.
• Experience with treasury management or corporate banking products.

Responsibilities

• Support the end-to-end treasury sales process for Treasury Sales Officers on the General Industries–Middle Market team.
• Develop strategies to grow revenue domestically and internationally.
• Coordinate industry, prospect, and client research for pre-call planning.
• Maintain accurate sales data across deal pipelines, client plans, call reports, pricing, and rates.
• Produce client- and portfolio-level profitability, revenue, product usage, balance trend, and variance analyses.
• Coordinate KYC onboarding for new legal entities with AML and onboarding teams.
• Assist with the Client Management Process, including planning, calling efforts, meetings, delivery, follow-up, revenue, and pathway tracking.
• Create proposals and pitchbooks for pre-call planning.
• Complete price and cost-benefit analysis models and support non-standard pricing.
• Partner with Product Specialists and support teams to grow revenue and deepen relationships.
• Support implementation, client onboarding, and training activities.
• Participate in in-person client calling and ad-hoc direct sales opportunities.
• Manage escalated service issues with appropriate resources.
• Prepare analysis and presentation materials for client meetings.
• Complete card agreements and gather documentation for implementation.
