Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent; 5+ years in product/treasury management.
- Advanced knowledge of banking products and regulatory obligations.
- Strong presentation and management reporting skills.
- Ability to analyze market opportunities and drive product enhancements.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Sales, IT, Risk, Legal and Executives to support treasury management solutions.
- Develop trainings, pricing and product benefits for internal partners and roll out new commercial card capabilities.
- Research market opportunities and roadmap product enhancements; analyze product performance.
- Coordinate cross-functional work from concept to production release, ensuring compliance and profitability.
- Prepare regular management reports and collaborate with marketing, compliance and product teams.
