Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Manager, Product Management – Treasury Management to drive product strategy and delivery across treasury and capital markets offerings. You will partner with technology, design, and operations to deliver secure, scalable solutions for top-tier commercial clients.

You will craft strategies, lead a world-class product team, and own the delivery of new features while focusing on risk reduction and value creation for customers and associates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field required or in process.
• If Bachelor's only, at least 3 years of Product Management experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products to support strategy and operations for a Top 10 Commercial Bank.
• Craft strategies to enable tailored client solutions and market-leading treasury operations.
• Own the strategy and delivery of new features in partnership with technology teams.
• Collaborate with Product, Tech, and Design partners to achieve shared outcomes.
• Reduce operational risks through strengthened controls and monitoring.

Education

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems)
