Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Treasury Management or related financial services.
• Experience implementing treasury products for business customers.
• Experience with commercial and middle-market clients preferred.
• Strong project management and relationship-building experience.
• Ability to analyze business processes and recommend solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding and implementation for top commercial customers.
• Coordinate with RTSO and internal teams to deliver treasury solutions.
• Manage multiple implementation projects and meet SLAs.
• Conduct discovery sessions to understand workflows and requirements.
• Provide white-glove service and ensure successful customer adoption.
