Job summary

Zions Bancorporation’s Enterprise Technology and Operations (ETO) team is transforming how we work at a financial institution, delivering technology-driven experiences for colleagues and clients.

We seek an experienced Project Manager to lead the planning and delivery of strategic transformation initiatives within our Treasury and Payments EPMO, guiding cross-functional teams to measurable business outcomes. This is a fully in-office role at the Zions Technology Center in Midvale, UT.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in a related discipline.
• 6+ years of progressive project management experience in banking/financial services or regulated environments.
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, high-visibility initiatives through full project lifecycle with cross-functional teams and vendors.
• Translate strategies into integrated project plans with defined scope, milestones, dependencies, budgets, and success criteria.
• Prepare and deliver executive-level reporting on project health, finances, risks, issues, and decisions.
• Identify and manage project risks, issues, constraints, and dependencies.
• Develop and manage project budgets, forecasts, and resource plans.
• Maintain project artifacts and governance documentation for audit readiness.
