Responsibilities

• Process ACH and electronic payment transactions accurately and timely.
• Prepare and validate payment batches with correct totals and dates.
• Maintain banking records and validate payment authorizations.
• Post activity to resident/client accounts and AR system.
• Research and resolve ACH returns and failed transactions.
• Perform independent reconciliation of processed transactions and AR records.
• Maintain complete audit trails and processing documentation.
• Support client banking relationships and respond to inquiries.
• Meet processing calendars, approvals, and security protocols.
