Responsibilities

• Process authorized ACH and electronic payment transactions accurately and timely.
• Prepare, validate, and process payment batches; verify totals, dates, accounts, and docs.
• Post ACH and electronic payment activity to resident/client accounts and reflect in AR system.
• Monitor ACH returns, rejections, retries, and escalate as needed.
• Maintain transaction controls and complete audit trails per procedures.
