Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• CTP designation or treasury-related certification preferred.
• 2-5 years of experience in treasury management, cash management, banking, implementation support, client service, sales support, operations, or related financial services environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as a day-to-day support partner to assigned Vice Presidents and Directors.
• Serve as a key point of contact for client inquiries related to TPS products, pricing, onboarding requirements, implementation status, and service requests.
• Coordinate onboarding activities including AML/KYC requirements, account opening, implementation requests, and service setup.
• Support pricing proposals, repricing requests, Deposit Pricing Models (DPM), Pricing Exception Tool (PET) requests, and waiver approvals.
• Maintain accurate Salesforce opportunities, call activity, notes, and pipeline information.
• Demonstrate ownership of assigned work from intake through completion.
