Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 1–3 years of relevant banking or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with implementation documentation for new banking services.
• Identify opportunities to deepen existing relationships by offering solutions.
• Understand customer needs and provide knowledgeable, accurate service.
• Plan, organize and prioritize work to meet deadlines.
• Foster collaboration with other groups and build trust.
• May accompany TMPC virtually on customer calls.
