Job summary

Dacotah Bank in Aberdeen, SD seeks a Treasury Payments Consultant to drive business development and revenue growth in the bank’s treasury and payment solutions portfolio. You’ll acquire new clients, expand card usage, and tailor payment solutions to meet client needs while maintaining exceptional service and fostering long-term relationships.

Responsibilities include building a strong sales pipeline, delivering client presentations, and collaborating with internal teams to implement solutions

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or treasury services, with a focus on payment solutions or business credit cards preferred.
• Strong knowledge of treasury services, business banking, and payment products.
• Excellent sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth in business credit card sales by acquiring new customers and increasing usage.
• Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs for treasury products and related services.
• Develop strategies to enhance market penetration for business cards and incentives.
• Maintain and grow a strong sales pipeline through prospecting and qualification.
• Provide high‑quality service and manage client relationships throughout the sales cycle.
• Collaborate with internal teams to implement payment solutions and generate referrals.
