You will document, streamline, and automate treasury processes in a fast-growing, on-site environment with a strong emphasis on accuracy and timely communications.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years of treasury experience in financial services.
• Hands-on experience with wire transfers and capital call/distribution workflows.
• Extreme attention to detail and ability to catch errors before they reach the client.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process and own money movement workflows — capital calls, distributions, investment wires, bill payments, intercompany payables/reimbursements, and management fee payments.
• Serve as the operational control layer, catching errors before they reach the client.
• Reconcile cash positions daily and maintain accurate records.
• Partner with engineering to document and systematize treasury processes.
• Identify and surface automation opportunities to reduce manual intervention.
• Support fund accounting leadership on client escalations when needed.
• Own treasury approval workflows, helping migrate approvals into structured, auditable processes.
