Atlas Search is seeking a Treasury Operations Associate in New York, joining a fast-growing AI-driven fund administration platform. You’ll own critical money movement workflows and work with engineering to modernize processes.

Ideal candidates have 1–6 years in treasury or fund operations, with a strong eye for detail and a drive for automation and improvements. This is an in-office role with a clear path to greater ownership as the platform scales.

Qualifications

• 1–6 years of treasury operations, fund administration, banking operations, or investment operations.
• Hands-on experience with wire transfers and capital call/distribution workflows.
• Strong attention to detail with a track record of accuracy in high-stakes environments.
• Ability to manage multiple workflows under tight deadlines.
• Interest in automation, systems, and process improvement.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, ownership-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end money movement workflows (capital calls, distributions, investment wires, bill payments, intercompany transactions, and management fees).
• Serve as the operational control layer — identifying and resolving errors before they reach clients.
• Perform daily cash reconciliations and maintain accurate, real-time records.
• Partner with engineering to document, streamline, and automate treasury processes.
• Build and refine approval workflows, transitioning from manual to structured, auditable systems.
• Support fund accounting leadership on client escalations and time-sensitive requests.
• Identify inefficiencies, analyze root causes, and drive process improvements.
