Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required in finance, accounting, economics, or business administration.
  • 1-2 years of experience in corporate treasury, banking, or investment operations.
  • Knowledge of banking and cash management principles, payment channels, treasury tools and regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Execute wire transfers and ACH transactions accurately and timely.
  • Respond to bank reconciliations and resolve open items; understand business transactions and cash systems.
  • Investigate complex client payment issues and provide guidance for treasury activities.
  • Identify enhancements to improve accuracy and efficiency and support change implementation.
  • Understand bank fees and collaborate on setting balances and reporting to treasury leadership.
  • Document data flows between systems and synthesize data for comprehensive views.
  • Gather, clean, and analyze data using Excel and data visualization tools to inform decisions.
  • Assist in preparing treasury dashboards.
