Job summary

Madison Capital Group Holdings is seeking a Treasury Analyst to support day-to-day cash management, banking, and payment operations. You will process wire transfers, ACH payments, and internal transfers, maintain bank records, and help ensure accuracy, security, and compliance across treasury activities.

This role collaborates with accountants, controllers, and banking partners to optimize processes, monitor fraud risk, and respond to bank notices, with on-site work at our Charlotte corporate

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in treasury, cash management, or accounting.
• Experience in commercial real estate or a multi-entity organization is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and distribute the daily cash snapshot report.
• Enter and verify approved wire transfers, ACH payments, and internal bank transfers; maintain payment documentation.
• Monitor ACH and Positive Pay alerts and meet bank cutoff times.
• Maintain Master Bank Account List and related bank account documentation.
• Administer the Purchasing Card program, including processing increases and fraud notifications.
• Process scheduled and recurring payments (rent, loans, retainers, vendor payments) per approved schedules.
• Review recurring wires, ACH payments, and transfers for accuracy and timeliness.
• Investigate potential fraud alerts and coordinate with banks and internal teams on resolution.
