Qualifications

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong analytical skills, and detailed oriented.

  • Self-initiative on issue handling, trouble shooting, and problem solving to resolve time sensitive matter.

Responsibilities

  • Ensures accurate and timely execution of wire transfer and ACH transactions.
  • Resolve business area inquiries and issues with payments.
  • Solve general system issues.
  • Responds to and investigates bank reconciliation open items.
  • Develops and maintains understanding of business transactions and related accounting.
  • Maintains working knowledge of the financial reconciliation system.
  • Investigates and resolves complex client payment issues.
  • Identifies potential enhancements to improve accuracy and efficiency and leads or assists in implementing changes.
  • Provides guidance to other division staff and operating areas performing Treasury activities.
  • Demonstrates understanding of bank fees and collaborates on setting bank balances.
  • Understands data flows between systems and synthesizes a comprehensive view.
  • Gathers, cleans, and analyzes data using Excel and data visualization tools to generate insights.
  • Assists in the preparation of various Treasury dashboards.

About the Job

The Treasury Specialist performs as a technical resource, subject matter expert and back up for assigned Treasury activities. Supports the money movement and Treasury activities throughout the organization. Assists in the collection of financial data needed for the creation of valuable and insightful liquidity and leverage reporting. Works cross functionally to understand money movement and improve operations.

What You’ll Do
  • Ensures accurate and timely execution of wire transfer and ACH transactions.
  • Can resolve business area inquiries and issues with payments.
  • Can solve general system issues.
  • Responds to and investigates bank reconciliation open items.
  • Develops and maintains an understanding of the business transactions and related accounting performed by administration and cash/client fund systems (e.g., cash disbursement system).
  • Maintains working knowledge of the financial reconciliation system.
  • Investigates and resolves complex client payment issues.
  • Identifies potential enhancements to improve accuracy and efficiency and leads or assists in efforts to implement changes.
  • Provides guidance to other division staff and the operating areas performing Treasury, control, and servicing activities.
  • Demonstrates a deep understanding of bank fees used to support company activity.
  • Provides insights to bank fees and collaborates with the cash manager on setting bank balances and facilitates data needs for Treasurer to maintain bank fee expenses.
  • Understands and documents how data flows between systems and is able to bring it together in a comprehensive view.
  • Responsible for gathering, cleaning, and analyzing data using standard tools like Excel and data visualization software, to generate insights and support informed decision-making within the organization, while learning advanced analytical techniques under guidance from senior team members.
  • Assists in the preparation of various Treasury dashboards.

Compensation Range
  • Pay Range - Start: $52,720.00
  • Pay Range - End: $79,080.00
  • Geographic Specific Pay Structure: Structure 110: $58,000.00 USD - $87,000.00 USD
  • Structure 115: $60,640.00 USD - $90,960.00 USD
