Job summary

Arch Capital Group Ltd. seeks a Treasury Director to lead Global Treasury Operations, driving cash management, forecasting and disbursement processes.

You will manage a team across locations, collaborate with Finance, Arch Investment Management, and business units to optimize liquidity and risk controls. The role requires extensive treasury leadership experience in a global context, strong analytical skills, and the ability to present strategic insights to senior management.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Business, Accounting or Finance. 8+ years in global corporate treasury operations.
• CTP certification highly desirable.
• Experience in insurance industry and knowledge of international clearing mechanisms, ERP systems and payment strategies preferred.
• Advanced proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee global cash management operations to ensure funding for operations and opportunities while minimizing risk.
• Oversee payment disbursement processes with proper approvals and controls.
• Maintain short-term cash flow forecasts.
• Ensure liquidity to meet operating needs while minimizing balances.
• Develop and implement centralized, secure cash management practices and fraud controls.
• Develop metrics on operating cash levels and Treasury initiatives.
• Present clear analyses to internal and external stakeholders for strategic decisions.
• Maintain strong internal controls compliant with SOX and audits.
• Support Treasury projects with analytical, research and planning support.
• Collaborate with business units on receipts, disbursements, FX, and bank services.
