Finom is a European fintech building an all-in-one financial B2B platform for entrepreneurs. We are seeking a payments and treasury operations expert to run daily treasury ops and reconcile across SEPA, cards, and instant payments, helping safeguarding and reporting accuracy.

You will bring hands-on experience in payments operations at banks or EMI, a builder mindset to automate manual work, and the ability to handle escalations.

Qualifications

• Experience in treasury operations and reconciliation workflows.
• Hands-on with SWIFT and card schemes.

• Run daily treasury ops and reconciliation across SEPA, cards, and instant payments.
• Design funds-flow and ensure safeguarding and reporting accuracy.
