Job summary

Finom is seeking a Treasury Operations and Reconciliations Manager to run daily funding, reconciliation, and safeguarding across SEPA, instant payments, cards and international transfers. This hands-on senior role operates in a high-velocity environment with new products and expanding payment rails alongside engineering teams.

You will help design money flows for new products, maintain control, and lead incident resolution while collaborating with product and engineering teams to ensure

Qualifications

• Experience in treasury operations, payment operations or reconciliation at an e-money institution, payment institution or bank.
• Builder's mindset: automated processes with engineers.
• Escalation: handle money-impacting payment incidents from alert to resolution.
• Hands-on knowledge of rails such as SEPA, SWIFT and card schemes.
• Funds-flow design experience for new products or rails, including accounts and postings.
• Fluent English communication.

Responsibilities

• Treasury operations: Daily funding of payment channels and buffers, around the clock.
• Reconciliation across banks, card schemes, payment processors and custodians.
• Safeguarding and reporting: keep client money protected and ensure regulatory reporting is accurate and on time.
• Funds-flow engineering: design money movement for new products, markets and partners before launch.
• Escalation: act as the point of contact when money doesn't move, ensure cross-team resolution.
• Process and automation: document operations, remove single points of failure, automate with engineering teams.
