Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or business administration.
• 1–2 years of experience in corporate treasury, banking, or investment operations.
• Knowledge of banking and cash management principles, payment channels, treasury tools and banking regulations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Strong analytical skills and detail orientation.
• Team player with excellent customer service mindset and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate and timely execution of wire transfer and ACH transactions; resolve inquiries and issues.
• Respond to bank reconciliation open items and maintain understanding of related accounting and cash systems.
• Investigate and resolve complex client payment issues.
• Identify improvements to processes and participate in changes; guide other staff in Treasury activities.
• Provide insights on bank fees and collaborate with cash manager on balances and data needs.
• Document data flows between systems and present a comprehensive view of data movement.
• Gather, clean, and analyze data using Excel and visualization tools to support decision-making.
• Assist in preparing Treasury dashboards.
