Job summary

Huntington National Bank is seeking a Treasury Management Service Specialist I to provide onboarding, maintenance, and day-to-day service support for Business Banking clients. The role focuses on executing standard implementations, supporting client adoption, and resolving routing service issues while building skills for progression within Treasury Management.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in banking operations, treasury support, or a related client service role.
• 1+ years of account opening experience.

Responsibilities

• Client onboarding and implementation for business banking clients.
• Gather and review documentation to open new customer accounts, ensure compliance.
• Execute onboarding, planning, testing, and go-live readiness for treasury services.
• Coordinate ACH, Positive Pay, BAI reporting, standing transfers, and transmissions.
• Schedule and deliver client training on treasury platforms and workflows.
• Provide first-level support for core treasury management solutions.
• Identify and escalate non-standard or high-risk requests to senior staff.
