Job summary

Huntington Bancshares, Inc. is seeking a Treasury Management Solution Specialist I to support onboarding and servicing TM products in the Business Banking segment, with a focus on risk-aware processes and policy adherence.

The role includes handling customer requests, providing TM product expertise, and coordinating renewals for ACH and Wires, while mentoring teammates and assisting with special projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in banking/treasury management.
• 1+ years of banking experience including treasury management products, payments, and depository systems.
• Familiarity with treasury management software and operating systems.

Responsibilities

• Prioritizes servicing and onboarding requests promptly and acts as a key contact for customers.
• Provides advanced TM product knowledge and resolves complex issues.
• Delivers training on TM products including troubleshooting and product demos.
• Supports pipeline management, pricing, cross-sell opportunities, referrals in Max, and RFPs/proposals.
• Coordinates annual renewals for ACH and Wires.
• Adheres to bank policies and manages risk.
• Acts as internal resource updating guides and tools; provides solutions to team.
• Mentors new and current colleagues.
• Provides backup coverage and assists with special projects.
