Job summary

Farmers Insurance Federal Credit Union is seeking a Business Banking and Treasury Implementation Specialist to serve as the post-sale liaison, ensuring seamless onboarding and cross-functional workflow coordination for complex treasury management solutions.

The role provides expertise in ACH origination, wires, BillPay, sweeps, RTP, and other treasury services, while maintaining NCUA compliance and risk management standards. Strong collaboration and training capabilities are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, accounting, or equivalent technical discipline.
• Experience with treasury management products and services such as ACH origination, wires, positive pay, sweeps, and RTP is required.
• Strong understanding of NCUA regulatory frameworks and NACHA rules.
• CTP or AAP certifications are highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between Sales, Treasury Operations, Lending, Underwriting, Compliance, and Member Service teams to ensure timely onboarding and product implementation.
• Provide expert operational support for Treasury Management products and services to internal partners and business members.
• Lead end-to-end technical implementations for advanced treasury management suites as the primary post-sale contact.
• Create onboarding timelines, risk matrices, and test file mappings for ACH and Positive Pay.
