Albank is seeking a Commercial Deposits Officer to manage end-to-end onboarding for commercial clients, including treasury management services and digital provisioning.

The role interfaces with lending and commercial banking teams to expand deposit balances while maintaining strong controls and risk management. Strong analytical, communication, and client-relations skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in finance, business, or related field.
• Banking experience in deposit operations, treasury management, or commercial banking preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of deposit products, account management, and banking procedures.
• Familiarity with digital banking platforms and treasury services preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with sound judgment and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Open deposit accounts for commercial clients, including treasury management services.
• Ensure compliance with account opening procedures, policies, and guidelines during onboarding.
• Cross-sell and assist clients with bank deposit and treasury services (digital banking, ACH origination, wire transfers).
• Collect and maintain signature cards and documents for client relationships.
• Support business growth initiatives for deposits and new relationships.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve reporting, processes, and deposit operations.
