CryptoProcessing by Coinspaid is hiring a Junior Treasury Specialist to support daily crypto operations, balance monitoring and reporting. You will work remotely with a globally distributed team, ensuring liquidity and accurate treasury records while learning and collaborating across departments.

The role requires finance education and 2+ years in treasury or related fields, plus strong Excel skills and English/Russian communication. Flexible, remote‑friendly benefits are offered.

We are looking for a Junior Treasury Specialist to support daily crypto operations, balance monitoring, and reporting. We need someone who is responsible, pays attention to detail, and is willing to learn and work closely with other teams.

Responsibilities:

Manage treasury crypto assets on a daily basis, ensuring their security and liquidity
Position monitoring. Ongoing process to check possible deviation in accounting
Ongoing monitoring of digital asset balances
Involvement in preparing weekly, monthly treasury reports
Support in the development and streamline of workflows
Coordinate with the internal parties to handle day-to-day duties

Requirements:

Higher education in finance, accounting, economics
2+ years of experience in treasury, accounting or finance
Understanding the basics of blockchain and cryptocurrencies.
Advanced Excel skills
Strong communication skills to effectively convey findings, insights, and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Highly organised and responsible person able to work with minimum supervision
Good level of spoken and written English and Russian

Nice to have:

Crypto trading experience
English B2-C1
