SunStrong Management LLC is seeking an experienced Asset Management Manager to lead waterfall modeling, investor reporting, and data governance for a growing portfolio of solar assets. You will ensure accurate distributions, strong data integrity, and timely lender reporting across projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field.
• 6–8 years of relevant experience in structured-finance modeling, investor reporting, or asset management.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex financial modeling; experience with VBA and other automation tools preferred.

Responsabilités

• Serve as SME on multi-tranche waterfall models covering debt tranches, equity returns, fees, and reserves.
• Maintain, review, and enhance waterfall models for monthly and quarterly distribution calculations and debt-service payments.
• Monitor covenant compliance and coordinate follow-up actions as needed.
• Prepare and support investor reports, distribution statements, and compliance certificates on cadence.
• Improve reporting accuracy and controls through data validation and process improvements.
• Coordinate data from accounting, collections, lease management, and operating performance teams; create dashboards and commentary.
• Lead data governance, document controls, and support third-party audits.
• Identify opportunities to automate recurring waterfall and reporting processes using Excel VBA, Python, Power BI, Tableau.
