Job summary

Sunlight Group is seeking a Head of Treasury to define and lead the group’s treasury strategy, covering liquidity, funding, risk management, and capital structure across its international footprint. Reporting to the CFO, you will collaborate closely with senior management and external partners to optimize liquidity and financing in a dynamic, global environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, Mathematics, Engineering or a related field.
• Master’s degree and/or professional qualification such as CFA, ACT, CTP or ACCA.
• At least 10 years of experience in corporate treasury, corporate finance, banking or financial risk management, including senior leadership.
• Experience in managing treasury in a multinational or complex group.
• Extensive knowledge of cash/liquidity management, corporate financing, capital structure, financial markets, derivatives and hedging.
• Experience with treasury management systems, ERP platforms and banking technologies.
• Strong leadership, analytical, negotiation and decision-making skills; able to interact with CFO and board.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Defines and leads treasury strategy aligned with financial objectives and advises CFO on liquidity, funding and risk.
• Holds responsibility for liquidity, cash management and efficient use of liquidity across entities.
• Oversees forecasting, liquidity planning, cash concentration and working capital optimization.
• Leads financing activities and shapes funding/capital structure strategy.
• Leads negotiations and ensures compliance with financing agreements and covenants.
• Manages FX and interest rate risk hedging framework and strategies.
• Maintains relationships with banks, lenders, advisors and external stakeholders.
• Oversees treasury operations, governance, controls and systems; drives automation and digital transformation.
• Reports to CFO and supports governance bodies with treasury insights; leads treasury workstream for strategic initiatives.
