Job summary

Revolut is seeking an experienced Treasury Manager to lead liquidity and risk management for the US business from New York. You’ll work cross-functionally with Finance, Compliance and the regional teams to safeguard capital and optimize funding plans.

In this role you will influence strategic decisions, maintain regulatory liquidity metrics, and partner with the global Treasury group to align with group policies while supporting growth in a fast-paced fintech environment.

• Collaborate across Risk, Accounting, and Regulatory Reporting teams.
• Join the local assets and liabilities committee as a key member.

About the role

Our Treasury team members are among the first in the company to get involved in new business initiatives that shape how we grow and scale. They help set up our payment and financial risk management infrastructure by working across functions, products, and regions to centrally manage risks.

We’re looking for a Treasury Manager to deliver and maintain an effective treasury function for Revolut in the US. You'll be collaborating across departments and products, managing liquidity, market, credit, and capital adequacy risks as we continue to expand.

What you'll be doing

• Maintaining and monitoring liquidity needs to meet regulatory and internal requirements
• Improving the deployment of excess capital and liquidity to meet expected risk and return profiles
• Supporting the local CFO in capital and liquidity discussions with stakeholders, including regulators and the Board
• Partnering with the global Treasury team to ensure operations and risk management are in compliance with group policies and achieve strategic consistency
• Collaborating across departments, including Risk, Accounting, and Regulatory Reporting teams
• Joining the local assets and liabilities committee as a key member

What you'll need

• 9+ years of experience in building treasury processes and controls
• Solid analytical skills and a hands-on attitude
• The ability to understand complex financial concepts and break them into smaller pieces
• Expertise in treasury management within financial services
• A bachelor’s degree in science, technology, economics, or maths

Nice to have

• A CFA certification
• Certified Treasury Professional

Compensation range

• New York: $157,500 - $219,000 gross annually*
• Other locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process

*Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and previous experience
