Zusammenfassung

CU System Administration is seeking a Treasury Manager to lead debt management, reporting, and capital financing efforts in support of the University’s long-term financial objectives. The role collaborates across campuses and reports to the Associate Treasurer, enabling strategic treasury initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical, project management, and communication skills, with experience in debt accounting, reporting, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in treasury, finance, banking, investments, debt management, or a related financial discipline.
• Three (3) years of experience in debt accounting, debt management, capital financing, or debt compliance activities.
• One (1) year of experience in a team lead or supervisory role.
• Demonstrated experience with debt compliance requirements, including SEC Rule 15c2-12 continuing disclosure obligations.

Aufgaben

• Stay informed of capital market developments, treasury management best practices, and emerging financial technologies.
• Develop a collaborative partnership with campuses and system administration to identify needs and implement treasury solutions.
• Lead the review and maintenance of the Debt Management Policy and related procedures.
• Evaluate regulatory developments affecting Treasury operations and provide impact analyses.
• Maintain debt-related reporting with Board of Regents, rating agencies, and other governing bodies.
• Assist in responding to information requests from internal and external stakeholders.
• Lead debt management activities, including debt issuance, refinancing, and monitoring covenants.
• Manage debt service payments and related treasury operations.
