Qualifikationen

• 7+ years in debt capital markets, treasury, or financial advisory for municipal issuer or related
• Expert Excel financial modeling and ability to present insights to executive leadership
• Strong communication skills and stakeholder engagement across schools and units

Aufgaben

• Own the development, maintenance, and improvement of quantitative models for UVA's Internal Bank and debt portfolio
• Plan, develop, publish, implement, and evaluate fiscal policy related to Internal Bank
• Model 100-year debt horizon and liaise with Financial Advisors on modeling outputs
• Prepare scenario analyses and projections to inform decisions on internal rates and disbursements
• Produce dashboards and reporting for Treasury leadership and committees
• Engage with Deans and senior leaders on internal financing options and strategy
