Job summary

Optimize Search Group is seeking a highly analytical Treasury Manager in the United States to oversee debt covenant compliance, forecasting, liquidity planning, and capital management. You will partner with senior leadership and cross‑functional teams on strategic treasury initiatives.

The role requires 5+ years in corporate treasury or Treasury/FP&A, strong Excel and financial modeling skills, and experience with debt covenants, liquidity management, and EBITDA analysis.

This individual will partner closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to support liquidity planning, capital management, and long-term financial strategy. This is a highly visible role that works closely with the executive team and will provide you with a lot of resume equity.

• Develop and maintain advanced financial models supporting long-term forecasting, liquidity planning, debt structuring, and capital allocation.
• Collaborate with various departments on budgeting, cash flow forecasting, and strategic financial planning.
• Support banking relationships, financing transactions, and executive-level financial analysis and reporting.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Corporate Treasury or a combination of Treasury and FP&A.
• Advanced financial modeling and forecasting skills, including strong Excel proficiency and financial statement analysis.
• Experience with debt covenant compliance, leverage ratios, EBITDA, and liquidity management.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; experience in a complex, multi-entity or private equity-backed environment preferred.
