Job summary

Varo Bank is seeking a Treasury Manager to lead strategic finance activities, manage market exposure, and deliver regulatory and management reporting. You will support capital raising efforts and prepare the bank for hyper growth.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in corporate treasury, strong MS Excel skills, and experience in investment strategies and liquidity management. Hybrid work setup and competitive compensation are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
• 5+ years of corporate Treasury experience.
• Experience with cash management, investments, and IRR is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing the firm’s investment portfolio, including trading, settlement, and collateral movement.
• Support Asset Liability Management by forecasting cash and liquidity needs to back growth.
• Develop cash flow, balance sheet, and interest rate risk models to optimize liquidity and risk.
• Support production of risk metrics for liquidity, interest rate risk, and capital management.
• Handle ad-hoc requests and analyses as needed.
