Job summary

Vantage Bank is seeking a Strategic Treasury Management Sales Officer to drive growth in treasury, liquidity, and working capital solutions for mid-market clients. You will collaborate with Relationship Managers to identify opportunities and craft tailored proposals that align with client objectives.

The role requires proven sales leadership, deep product knowledge, and the ability to influence senior executives.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Management, Economics, or related field.
3+ years of Treasury Management sales experience with demonstrated success in business development, deposit acquisition, revenue growth, and relationship expansion.
3-5 years of Treasury Management proposals experience and responding to RFPs.

Responsibilities

Develops strategic Treasury Management sales plans to increase deposits, fee income, and profitability.
Generates new business through targeted prospecting, market development, networking, referrals, and relationships.
Partners with Relationship Managers and other lines through team selling to expand Treasury Management penetration.
Serves as a Treasury Management expert and trusted advisor to complex commercial clients.
Drives Treasury Management sales through consultative selling and product demonstrations.
Builds executive relationships with business owners and CFOs.
