Job summary

Nielsen is seeking a Treasury Manager, Capital Markets to lead key treasury activities across the company, including debt management, cash forecasting, and investor communications. You will partner with internal teams and external lenders to ensure strong liquidity and capital structure.

Responsibilities include managing credit facilities, debt issuances, pension investment oversight, and producing executive-ready materials for senior leadership and the Board.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or another quantitative discipline.
• CFA charter or progress toward CFA charter is a plus.
• 5–10 years of finance experience, with prior treasury capital markets experience preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to build constructive relationships with leaders and colleagues across the organization.
• Strong work ethic, self-motivated work style, attention to detail, and effective communication skills.
• Experience working in a private equity-owned company is a plus.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage Nielsen’s revolving credit facility and AR securitization facility.
• Oversee borrowing activity and the payment of principal, interest, and fees.
• Coordinate the planning and execution of long-term debt issuance and hedging activities.
• Lead debt covenant compliance reporting and lender communications.
• Prepare Board materials, Sponsor Monthly Operating Reviews, and executive presentations.
• Coordinate fiduciary oversight of US pension investments and non-US pension investments.
• Train, develop, and manage the Capital Markets Analyst.
