Omnicom is seeking a Senior Director of Treasury, Capital Markets, to lead funding, liquidity, and risk management efforts within the corporate Treasury team. The role is based in Stamford, CT or New York, NY with in-office presence five days a week.

The Senior Director will drive financing strategies, maintain banking relationships, and oversee forecasting, hedging, and capital allocation to support corporate objectives and shareholder value.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Corporate Treasury, Corporate Finance, or related field.
• Experience with corporate debt issuance and capital markets transactions.
• Strong understanding of corporate treasury, liquidity management, capital structure, and financial risk management.
• Experience with interest rate and/or foreign exchange derivatives, including hedging strategies and execution.
• Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills; ability to evaluate complex capital allocation, liquidity, and financing scenarios.

Responsabilidades

• Lead funding strategy and execution of term debt issuances.
• Manage the Corporate Credit Facility, sizing, structuring, and administration.
• Develop and maintain models supporting leverage metrics and liquidity planning.
• Analyze impact of capital allocation strategies on net interest expense, EPS, leverage, and liquidity metrics.
• Support bank and lender relationships, including participation in meetings.
• Prepare presentations for Treasurer, CFO, Finance Committee, and Board on liquidity, debt, capital allocation, and rate risk strategies.
• Monitor compliance with debt covenants in coordination with legal and accounting.
• Develop hedging strategy recommendations; analyze FX and cross-currency hedge requirements.
• Oversee share repurchase execution and optimize program structure and timing.
• Lead cash, commercial paper, interest income/expense forecasting processes.
• Develop scenario analyses and financial models to support strategic decisions.

Educación
