Nscale, a GPU cloud company, is seeking a Senior Manager - Treasury (Financing & Debt Capital Markets) in New York. You will lead day-to-day transaction workstreams, build transaction models, and coordinate with legal, accounting, FP&A, and other teams to secure and optimize financing across projects.

The role demands 5–10 years in related finance areas, strong Excel/modeling skills, and the ability to drive complex financing processes in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance or related field.
• Approximately 5–10 years of experience in debt capital markets, leveraged finance, corporate treasury, structured finance, private credit, or infrastructure finance.
• Excellent Excel and financial modeling skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Strong judgment, urgency, and follow-through.

Responsabilidades

• Run day-to-day transaction workstreams across corporate and project-level financings, including data rooms, diligence responses, lender Q&A, term sheet comparison, and documentation coordination.
• Build and maintain transaction models covering debt capacity, pricing, leverage, liquidity, and covenant sensitivity.
• Evaluate financing terms and recommend positions.
• Prepare lender presentations, internal decision materials, and closing documentation trackers.
• Coordinate with legal, accounting, FP&A, tax, and corporate development teams to align assumptions and deliverables.
• Update a financing pipeline view across projects, counterparties, milestones, and dependencies.
• Support post-close handoff into covenant compliance and bank reporting.
