Nielsen Holdings Plc in New York is seeking a Treasury Manager, Capital Markets to lead and optimize debt and liquidity management across the treasury function. You will partner with internal teams and external lenders to manage facilities, forecast cash needs, and prepare senior leadership materials.

The role requires 5–10 years in finance with capital markets experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to build relationships with executives and private equity

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or another quantitative discipline.
• CFA charter or progress toward CFA charter is a plus.
• 5–10 years of finance experience, with prior treasury capital markets experience preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to build constructive relationships with leaders and colleagues across the organization.
• Strong work ethic, self-motivated work style, attention to detail, and effective communication skills.
• Experience working in a private equity-owned company is a plus.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage Nielsen’s revolving credit facility and AR securitization facility.
• Record and report debt principal, interest and fees; manage rollovers and rate selections.
• Lead debt covenant reporting and lender communications.
• Drive Nielsen’s corporate cash flow forecast and long-term cash projections.
• Prepare Board and executive-level financial presentations and disclosures.
• Coordinate debt issuance, hedging activities and related capital market transactions.
• Oversee pension investment oversight and related committee activities.
