Remedy Staffing in Honolulu is seeking a Full-time Cash Management Service Representative to serve as the primary contact for business clients using treasury management services. The role blends customer support, account administration, and technical help to ensure excellent service and effective banking solutions.

Work schedule is Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM in Downtown Honolulu. Pay is $21.00 per hour, and candidates must be in-state to apply and be considered.

Qualifications

• High School Education or GED required.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Experience in banking, finance, or operations preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems quickly.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between clients, managers, and internal teams.
• Respond to inquiries regarding cash management products and services.
• Set up and maintain treasury management services and user access.
• Provide client training and support by phone, email, and in person.
• Review and process billing for cash management services.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies and regulations.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
