Remedy Staffing in Honolulu is seeking a Full-time Cash Management Service Representative to serve as the primary contact for business clients using treasury management services. The role blends customer support, account administration, and technical help to ensure excellent service and effective banking solutions.

Work schedule is Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM in Downtown Honolulu. Pay is $21.00 per hour, and candidates must be in-state to apply and be considered.

Qualifications

• High School Education or GED required.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Experience in banking, finance, or operations preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

The Cash Management Service Representative serves as the primary point of contact for business clients utilizing treasury management services. This role provides a combination of customer support, account administration, technical assistance, and operational support to ensure clients receive exceptional service and effective banking solutions.

Job Duties:

• Serve as a liaison between business clients, relationship managers, sales officers, and internal departments.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding cash management products and services.
• Set up and maintain treasury management services, including account documentation and user access.
• Provide client training and technical support by phone, email, and in person.
• Research and resolve account and service issues in a timely manner.
• Review and process billing for cash management services.
• Assist with service charge calculations and account maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
