Job summary

Huntington National Bank is seeking a Senior Treasury Management Specialist to identify and execute cross-sales within an existing Business Banking Treasury Management portfolio. The role focuses on expanding client relationships and driving revenue through proactive treasury solutions.

The successful candidate will compile data for price analyses, conduct calls with advisors and relationship partners, and manage workflow with minimal oversight.

Qualifications

• Three+ years banking experience with a focus on treasury management/cash management.
• Bachelor’s Degree or the equivalent experience of 4+ years in banking and/or Treasury Management in lieu of degree.

Responsibilities

• Compiles data for TM Sales Advisors, completed relationship reviews and pro-forma pricing analyses.
• Direct sales via telephone and calls with advisors/relationship partners; minimal travel may be required.
• Contribute to team revenue goals through identified sales opportunities.
• Independently manage workflow and expectations with little oversight.
• Proactively manage portfolio and all risk-related and pricing activities.
• Execute and complete special projects by deadlines.

The Treasury Management Specialist Sr is responsible for the identification and execution of cross-sales across an existing Business Banking Treasury Management portfolio.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Compiles data for TM Sales Advisors, completed relationship reviews, and pro-forma pricing analyses and handles client's sales needs.
• May have direct responsibility across a certain portion of an Advisor's portfolio.
• Direct sales via telephone as well as individual and joint calls with advisors and/or Relationship partners is required. Minimal travel may be required.
• Responsible for contributing to team revenue goals through identified sales opportunities.
• Must be able to independently manage workflow and expectations of the role with little oversight.
• Proactively manage portfolio and all risk related and pricing activities.
• Responsible for executing and accurately completing special projects, as assigned, by expected deadlines.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications

• Three or more years banking experience with a focus on treasury management/cash management
• Bachelor’s Degree or the equivalent experience of 4 or more years in banking and/or Treasury Management in lieu of degree

Preferred Qualifications

• Three plus years of Treasury Management Experience
• Sales Experience with Proven Record of Exceeding Goal Expectations
• Advanced Knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Working Knowledge of Sales Force software
