Qualifications

• 6+ years of treasury management or banking experience focused on CRE clients and treasury sales support.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is required.
• Experience in client relationship management and portfolio development is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Research client structures and cash flow to tailor treasury solutions.
• Collaborate with Treasury Management Advisors on pricing strategies and profitability.
• Develop pitch materials, account strategies, and client review documents.
• Coordinate cross-functional implementation and accurate billing for treasury services.
• Support the full client engagement cycle from proposal to activation.
• Build internal relationships to improve solution delivery and client satisfaction.
