Job summary

Simmons First National Corporation is seeking a driven TM Sales professional to deepen client relationships in the Dallas area. You will develop a strong Treasury Management product background, understand service delivery, and apply it to client scenarios.

The role involves pricing research, pre-call planning, cross-sell opportunities, and preparing sales materials while supporting relationship management and client inquiries. Strong banking experience and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 2-5 years of applicable banking experience.
• Treasury management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop a strong TM product background and understand the full suite of services and product applicability to client situations.
• Prepare pro-forma pricing and assist with pricing questions and research.
• Support in TMO pre-call planning, client research, and identifying cross sell opportunities within the territory.
• Support with creating sales presentations, RFP responses, account schematics, relationship reviews, and other sale-related materials as requested.
• Analyze information and apply critical thinking to design and/or execute client solutions.
• Interact with internal/external clients to gather or clarify information and/or expand existing client relationships.
• Articulate recommendations to customers in response to client servicing and product-related inquiries.
• Assist with management of TM relationships including renewals of limits for RDC and ACH exposure.
• Other sales or client relationship projects as needed
