Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 3 years Treasury Management experience.
• Familiar with Banking products and services.
• Knowledgeable in computer hardware and software.
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, databases and integration.
• Internet/web server application knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Identify and call on prospective and existing customers for Treasury Management services.
• Learn, administer and maintain new software or upgrades to systems used.
• Provide high level customer service to internal and external clients.
• Reference to be included: liaise with lenders and move treasury services into lending relationships.
• Assist with entering and approving wires and daily wire logs.
• Cross-train in Treasury Management department duties and related tasks.
• Support accurate balance and reporting procedures and respond to client inquiries.
