Job summary

Regions is seeking a Treasury Management Relationship Support Specialist in Atlanta, GA. The role partners with Treasury Management Relationship Managers to prepare for sales activities, build pricing proformas, and deliver compelling client proposals.

You will manage onboarding, training, and escalations while ensuring accurate reporting. Qualifications include a High School Diploma or GED and 3 years in banking or sales support; a Bachelor’s degree and bilingual abilities are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Three years banking, sales or sales support experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Treasury Management Relationship Managers to prepare for and execute sales activities.
• Prepare account structures and pricing proformas for prospects and existing clients.
• Create client research to support proposals and respond to inquiries with TM Product team.
• Oversee onboarding, training confirmation and client satisfaction.
• Serve as escalation point for client support and ensure timely, accurate reporting.
• Collaborate with Commercial and Treasury Management teams to support sales.
