Job summary

Texas Republic Bank, NA seeks a Treasury Sales Specialist to drive new business and grow Treasury Management relationships by identifying prospects and tailoring solutions for clients in Frisco, TX.

You will conduct presentations, prepare proposals, develop account plans, manage opportunities through the sales cycle, and expand existing relationships while coordinating with lenders and treasury teams to ensure a positive client experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of banking and/or Treasury sales experience.
• Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Ability to understand client needs and recommend Treasury solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Local travel to client meetings and events required.
• Motivated to grow as an individual sales contributor.
• Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.; occasional evening/weekend commitments.
• No supervisory responsibility or specific education/certification required.

Responsibilities

• Prospect for new clients and drive new business in Treasury management.
• Conduct sales presentations, prepare proposals, and relationship reviews.
• Develop account plans and manage opportunities through the sales cycle.
• Maintain and expand existing client relationships and refer opportunities to lenders.
• Collaborate with Treasury Services Manager and internal teams to implement solutions.
• Stay informed on market trends and Treasury products.
