Bridgewater Bank is seeking a Treasury Management Sales Specialist to serve as a liaison with branch staff and commercial bankers. You will promote Treasury Management products, educate branches on features, and identify referral opportunities to drive client onboarding and deposits.
The role emphasizes 90% support of Treasury Management referrals and 10% new business development, with a focus on ACH, wire origination, remote deposit, merchant services, and related treasury services.
The Treasury Management Sales Specialist will work directly with Bridgewater Bank branch staff (and paired with commercial banker(s) as assigned) as a liaison regarding Treasury Management products and services. In this role, a primary job duty will be to ensure branch staff are aware of features and benefits of Treasury Management products and services as well as properly identify referral opportunities. The Treasury Management Specialist will promote business accounts and Treasury Management products and services to clients and prospects.

The typical annual base pay range for this role is between $63,700 - $75,200. Compensation may vary based on individual job-related knowledge, skills, expertise, and experience. This position is eligible for a discretionary annual incentive program driven by organization and individual performance.
